[00:00:00] What's up everybody? Welcome to another conscious thought provided by me, Aaron. [00:00:07] Thanks to Source and my higher self and spirit guides and all that loveliness. [00:00:14] Wouldn't be able to do much of this without them as a. They helped me through everything, truthfully. But I mean a lot through, through this when it comes to things that I don't have a whole lot of knowledge or experience on. And sure, some of the content can be seen as such and as I progress through things, I, you know, thoughts, ideas, feelings, they may change. [00:00:39] That I can't say for sure. [00:00:42] But what I can say is that they're helping now. They're helping all of us. And it's, it's pretty fantastic. [00:00:51] So we're continuing our conversation in different types of meditation, trying to keep these relatively short, digestible, maybe in one session where you get the first one and then you kind of get all the, all the subsequent ones after that. [00:01:08] So today we're going to be talking about frequency based meditations. And it starts off pretty easily with the connection to binaural beats because they're very similar. [00:01:20] They can be used almost interchangeably because to my knowledge, binaural beats are centered around different frequencies, mingling with your brain and sending different signals and all that through the body. So the recommendations are basically the same as binaural beats. Be careful about the channels that you're getting this stuff from. Once again, we're going to recommend the app Ananda if you can get it. And there's another app we've spoken about before called Declutter. [00:02:08] They also have some frequency based things within their meditation programs that you can do. They're both really good. I use them both interchangeably. I believe Desiree uses Declutter on occasion, but she's more into Ananda just because it allows more of her personal freedom and creativity to flow, whereas Declutter has a lot more guided stuff. And they also have a subscription service where you can go through like programs. [00:02:39] Haven't gotten that far into it yet, but that's still a pretty cool option that they have. [00:02:44] And I can appreciate that once again they can be guided or they can be self led. [00:02:55] Like I said this, this is very, very similar to Binaural Beats, but different on some other minor detail things. [00:03:07] They, they can still have like the atmospheric stuff like the Tibetan bowls and the, the weather sounds and all that. All that stuff can still apply to frequency based meditation. And some of them can be focused around one topic. They can be focused around one feeling, one expression, one emotion, something you want to accomplish. They can be frequencies intermingled with affirmations. Like, all this stuff can be mixed together. [00:03:39] And that's what's another great thing about it, is you don't have to stick to, like, one thing, and you don't have to do it just one way. There's a lot of personal expression in meditation, and it's really nice. So in my experience, I get similar results to binaural beats, but it feels less brainy in a way. [00:04:04] I mean, it's somewhat difficult to kind of express clearly, but by neurobeats, like, I have a lot of brain feeling, like I get the buzzing and the, the pulsing and the vibrations in my head. [00:04:18] Even if it's like a. It's less, is less as much in a guided binaural beat meditation, but it's still much less with frequencies. I don't know what it is, but frequencies always, when I, when I go in specifically for frequencies, I always get more of a calming kind of thing, and I'm able to focus more on what I'm trying to do in a different way. Like I said, it's really, really hard to explain. You're just gonna have to try it out yourself because, I mean, it's all great. You'll find one that suits you and, you know, it might suit you. Like we talked about with binaural beats, better one day than the other. So definitely recommend trying them separated, trying them together, trying them guided on your own. [00:05:27] If, if you're new to it, I recommend doing a guided one first for something you're trying to work on, and then kind of use that as a source of inspiration to your doing it yourself. [00:05:44] And you can use these guided ones to find ways to gain access to your spirit guides and higher self and all that, to be able to communicate with them. And then use that to sort of discover what you might want to work on if you're not feeling anything right away. [00:06:02] So, once again, it's all very cool. Um, just do it whenever you can. If you, if you feel like you're unable to place that time where you need to. [00:06:17] Like I said, like we talked about before, if you're saying you don't have time for something, it's because you're just choosing not to place time there. [00:06:27] It's all about where you decide to put forth your focus and energy. So if there's something you want to do, then it's not that hard to divvy time away from something else to put into it, to try. [00:06:40] And with that being said, thanks for checking out my thoughts on frequency based meditations. [00:06:48] We will continue this in the next video with some other meditations. I have my list over there. I can't really see it right now. We're just going to keep going with all of the ones that I have experience with and hopefully this has kind of helped gleam some extra information and thoughts and feelings for you all and hopefully it's helped. [00:07:12] So if you like this, please hit the thumbs up button. [00:07:16] Got if you have experience with frequency based meditations or if you have a source that you'd like to share that is trusted for you for frequency based meditation that you'd like to share to others getting into exploring this material, please go ahead and put in the comments down below and subscribe to the channels. And let's let's help more people, huh? [00:07:39] Once again, thanks for watching. Thanks for listening. We'll see you next time. I love you.
