[00:00:00] All right, what's up, everybody?
[00:00:02] Aaron here with another conscious law that we're continuing from the conversation we began yesterday with the different types of meditations, different methods, different ideas, whatever you want to call it. Today though, we're gonna specifically talk about Binaural Beats.
[00:00:23] And these ones are probably going to be relatively short, so we'll see how it goes.
[00:00:31] So with Binaural Beats, the. The main thing that I'm going to suggest that you check out is obviously trying it at least once, but find an app, a trusted app that's good with it. Like I've been saying, we use Ananda.
[00:00:47] I don't know if that's on Android yet, but it's for sure on iOS and I believe it was like one or two dollars. I could be mistaken, but it is on there. And the other main thing I want to recommend in regards to Binaural Beats stuff is be careful with videos that you find on video platforms. You know, YouTube, Vimeo, Facebook, I mean, anywhere you find your videos, Odyssey even, you want to feel it out and check it out. Because if it's like a. You're doing a sleep one, they can slip some sneaky stuff in there while you're supposed to be asleep.
[00:01:26] And it may not be exactly what it says it is, whether knowingly or unknowingly by the creator.
[00:01:35] You know, not all of these are the greatest things. And that's why I 100 would recommend getting Ananda because it's, it's trusted. And personally, with my use and with Desiree's use, it's been phenomenal. Probably one of the greatest paid apps we've ever got.
[00:01:59] And just a couple little things about like a binaural beat style meditation is these can be guided.
[00:02:07] You can have it to where you're going through a guided meditation that has beats going on in the background, either with or without atmospheric stuff. And like I said before, with Ananda, you kind of get to choose what you do and do not want to have in addition to the frequencies that are being played.
[00:02:26] And that's really just a matter of personal preference. All I can recommend is just try it out and see how, see how it suits you. Do you know one with like nature sounds and then do one with like water or random bells and bowls and things and combine. Just play around with it. You'll find what suits you well.
[00:02:47] And for me, I've found that it kind of just depends on my mood a bit as to what I use.
[00:02:56] Obviously, when they're guided, that means they can also be self Led, you can try to use binaural beats just to quiet the mind or use them to achieve some sort of goal that you're going towards. So if you want to have deep thought, if you want to, you know, have deep sleep, you want to open up first, you know, spiritual communication, all these things, all these different options, especially when you go through something like Ananda will.
[00:03:26] And this isn't like we're not affiliated with Ananda at all. I'm just. I really recommend the app because it's great.
[00:03:34] There's a lot of different things that you can do with this. And the same applies for, like, frequencies and I mean, meditation in general. Like, you set your intention on what you want to do, and once again, you can choose to let your mind wander and witness it, or try to seek silence or guidance or relaxation, or, you know, you want to think about what's going. You have something going on, and you really want to get some clear thought on it.
[00:04:04] I mean, anything. That's what's wonderful about meditation is you go in with an intention and there's, I mean, it's basically endless possibilities of what you can use it for.
[00:04:20] Aaron Doty has a lot of meditations. Aaron Abke has a lot of meditations. There's a, you know, an endless supply of meditations that you can find online courses, you can go through, video series that you can watch. I mean, there's all kinds of things in regards to meditation.
[00:04:39] Binaural beats, frequencies, guided meditation, sleep, meditations, affirmations, whatever. It's all out there. It's all all over the place.
[00:04:48] And I try to, when I, when I working on it myself, I try to vet, you know, the channels that post them.
[00:04:58] So if I find a good channel and I just look around randomly for whatever content I'm searching, searching for, and I see that it's posted by this channel versus that channel or what have you.
[00:05:11] I will tend to stick to ones that I. That I feel trustworthy.
[00:05:18] I mean, the options are really endless. And this will go for all the videos in the next few days where we talk about the different, different types of meditations that I have some experience with.
[00:05:31] Binaural beats are one of my favorites when it comes to, like, a conscious, like a dedicated intentional meditation. So definitely recommend checking it out as I do, just meditation in general. It's a fantastic thing to do.
[00:05:50] And that's really it for binaural beats in my experience. Basically feel it out, try it out, see how it suits you. And it can be anywhere from, you know, five minutes to half hour or an hour, whatever you got time for that, you choose to place your time towards right.
[00:06:11] And with that, seekers, thanks for watching, thanks for listening, have a wonderful day and we'll see you tomorrow. Love you.
